How often should I get a trim?
Every 8 to 12 weeks for most clients. LaKeisha makes a recommendation at your appointment based on your growth rate and the shape you're maintaining. Some styles need more frequent visits; others hold beautifully for longer.
Do you cut all hair types?
Yes. LaKeisha cuts across the full texture spectrum — from 2a waves to 4c coils. The technique changes based on the hair; the standard doesn't.
Should I come in with my hair styled or unstyled?
Come in your natural state — washed and air-dried if possible. This gives LaKeisha the most accurate view of your texture and how the cut will behave in everyday life.
What's the difference between a Signature Cut and a regular trim?
A trim maintains an existing shape. The Signature Cut is a full consultation-based service that considers your face structure, natural texture, and lifestyle before determining the shape. It's a starting point, not a maintenance appointment.

How to make it last.
- Schedule a trim every 8–12 weeks to maintain the shape
